Ceramics Stripes

This is a range of British traditional ceramic tiles, available in four designs.

The inspiration for these contemporary designs has stemmed from fabrics found on the famous London street, Savile Row, known principally for its traditional tailoring for men. Shown in blue and white, other colours are also available upon request.

This stunning collection is handmade in the heart of the English countryside, where our studio aims to produce hand painted tiles of the highest quality based on long-established techniques.

 

British Ceramic Tiles with Tailored Rhythm

As striped ceramic tiles, these designs bring a tailored sense of rhythm, line and restraint to decorative interiors. Their character comes from the meeting of two craft traditions: the precision and pattern language of woven cloth, and the softer irregularity of hand-painted ceramic work.

The collection includes designs such as Grosvenor Blue Broken Stripes, Grosvenor Blue Cross Stitch, Grosvenor Blue Dots and Stripes, and Savile Row Grosvenor Blue Pyjama Stripes. Each one interprets stripe and repeat in a different way, from broken linear marks to more structured decorative rhythms.

Hand Painted Striped Tiles in Blue and White

Used across a wall, within a panel, or as part of a larger ceramic scheme, these tiles can feel crisp, graphic and quietly playful. The blue and white palette gives the collection a familiar decorative clarity, while the hand-painted surface prevents it from feeling too rigid or mechanical.

Ceramic Stripe Tiles for Bathrooms, Kitchens and Panels

Striped ceramic tiles are particularly effective in bathrooms, cloakrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, garden rooms, shower enclosures and decorative panels.

They can be used on their own for a clean, tailored effect, or combined with plainer field tiles, borders or other hand-painted ceramics for a more layered composition.

Paris Ceramics approaches this collection as a study in pattern, craft and proportion. The aim is not simply to reproduce a stripe, but to translate the spirit of tailored fabric into ceramic form: measured, elegant, handmade and full of small human variations.
