For this riverside penthouse, we supplied our signature African Brown Polished Limestone across the entire apartment. The specification included continuous flooring to all principal rooms and circulation areas, with coordinated stone skirtings, thresholds, and detailing to maintain a seamless finish from space to space.

The stone’s tight grain and deep, chocolate-toned polish deliver a refined, urban character that suits the penthouse scale, while careful setting-out ensures clean sightlines and consistent module alignment throughout.
